What is this blog going to be all about you may ask. Well honestly I don’t even have a full answer for you right now. I am a 19 year old college student and my life has turned into somewhat of a shit show in the last year so I am here to share my experience. My mother was diagnosed with a very rare form of dementia halfway through last year and this news not only devastated me but changed the way I view life and is continuously altering the course of my life. I want this blog to be a safe space where not only I can share and educate others about my experience but I want people who are going through similar experiences to be able to connect on here. This is something my mom has said to me throughout my entire life and I didn’t fully see a meaning behind it until now, since it has become applicable in my every day life. Smile as bright as you can every day because life is short, too short to spend it unhappy.
